The Ram In The Thicket (Genesis 22)Abraham is instructed to offer his son, and at the last moment a ram is substituted.Read it as theology and it is about obedience. Read it as an operating manual and it is a substitution schedule — the human carrier is withdrawn from service and an animal is accepted in its place. Not a bull this time, a ram, representing the Age of Aries.
