When you use Oriva, we collect information you provide directly — such as your name, email address, and profile details when you create an account. We also collect usage data including pages visited, features used, and device information to improve the platform.
We use your information to provide and improve Oriva's services, communicate with you about your account, send relevant updates (which you can opt out of), and ensure the security of the platform. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
We share information only when necessary to provide our services — for example, with tool integration partners (Monday.com, ClickUp, etc.) when you explicitly connect your accounts. We may also share data with service providers who help us operate the platform, subject to confidentiality agreements.
If you post or reply on Oriva without an account, we ask Cloudflare Turnstile to confirm you are a person before your first post. Turnstile processes technical signals from your browser: your IP address, TLS fingerprint and browser user agent, and the site you are on. Cloudflare processes these signals on our behalf to detect bots, and as a controller to improve its bot detection. We keep only the fact that your guest account passed the check, and when. Members who have signed up are not asked.
When you use Oriva Bridge to sync tasks between tools, we process task titles, descriptions, statuses, and assignments to facilitate synchronization. This data is stored securely and is only accessible to members of the relevant bridge group and their connected organizations.
We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, row-level security policies on all database tables, and regular security audits. OAuth tokens for connected tools are encrypted at the application layer.
You can access, update, or delete your personal information at any time through your account settings. You can disconnect tool integrations, leave bridge groups, and request a full data export. To delete your account entirely, reach out via the Support form.
We use essential cookies to maintain your session and preferences. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. Analytics cookies (if enabled) are first-party and privacy-respecting — they do not track you across other websites.
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or an in-app notification. Continued use of Oriva after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
For privacy-related questions or requests, use the Support form linked in this checkout footer.
