By accessing or using Oriva, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. These terms apply to all users, including contributors of content, information, and other materials.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 16 years old to use Oriva. One person may maintain multiple profiles, but each profile must represent a genuine aspect of their professional or personal identity.
You agree not to use Oriva to distribute spam, malware, or illegal content; impersonate others or misrepresent your identity; attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems; scrape, crawl, or automatically collect data from the platform; or use the platform for any purpose that violates applicable laws.
You may post and reply on Oriva as a guest, without an account. A guest's posts and replies are visible only to them until they add an email address; they then go out to the audience chosen when posting. Before a guest's first post, Cloudflare Turnstile checks that they are a person (see our Privacy Policy). Guests cannot post links, photos, files or marketplace listings. Guest accounts unused for 30 days are deleted, together with their posts and replies.
You retain ownership of content you create on Oriva. By posting content, you grant Oriva a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display, distribute, and store your content as necessary to provide the service. You can delete your content at any time, which will remove it from the platform (subject to reasonable backup retention periods).
When using Oriva Bridge to connect external tools, you authorize Oriva to access and sync data between your connected accounts. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share data from those tools. Oriva is not responsible for data loss or corruption in connected third-party services.
The Oriva Marketplace connects creators with buyers. Oriva facilitates discovery but is not a party to transactions between users. Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings and the quality of their offerings. Oriva does not take a commission on marketplace transactions.
The Agreements feature facilitates multi-party consensus and digital signatures. While designed to create binding commitments between parties, Oriva does not provide legal advice. Users are responsible for ensuring their agreements comply with applicable laws and regulations.
You may close your account at any time. Oriva may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where practical. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases, but provisions regarding content licenses, liability limitations, and dispute resolution survive.
Oriva is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Oriva shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid to Oriva in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Oriva operates. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
